Namaste yogis!
Join us on Monday 29th August 2016 in evening at 7:00pm for a rejuvenating yoga class by the JBR beach in Dubai. The class is suitable for beginners and for advanced practitioners, so please come along, bring your yoga mat, water and a smile.
It will be a one hour class starting with Pranayama, moving through a breath synchronised Vinyasa flow and finally Shavasan - relaxation and visualisation at the end. You will leave the class feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Class location: Grass area overlooking the beach, South Beach entrance, between the Sheraton and the children playground in JBR Shams area. Cost: Free
