Yummy Raw Pumpkin Pie

I have just made this delicious raw pumpkin pie and thought I would share the recipe with you straight away! :))

Ingredients:

1/2 small pumpkin (or butternut squash)
1/2 cup of soaked cashews
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
2 tbsp agave syrup
Handful of dates
Splash of water

Blend all ingredients and add a bit more agave syrup and water if necessarily. You can sprinkle with raw pecans or walnuts and enjoy! :)))

If you are interested in starting yoga with a qualified instructor, or would like to continue your practice, you are welcome to join the opening class this coming Friday.

No experience needed as all levels will be catered for.

Following yoga will be a short demonstration of a raw food recipe and some information regarding the benefits of raw living.
