Join us for a Ladies Only revitalising Yoga class at the newly opened My First Gym on the corner of Murror (4th) and Delma (13th) Str.
A beautiful Yoga room with plenty of props to use - yoga belts and yoga blocks, perfect for beginners and advanced yogis.
Cost: There is a great membership package for a one off fee of AED 150, the cost per class is then only AED 30. For non members each class is AED 60.
You can also purchase UNLIMITED classes for AED 500 per month - this will allow you to join all classes there - Yoga, Zumba, Salsa and Belly Dancing as often as you can!
When: Mondays
Timings: 6pm - 7pm, please arrive 15 minutes before the class
Location: Blue building on the corner of Murror (4th) and Delma (13th) Street - see the map above for exact location.
Min number of students 3, maximum 15
