Bringing Yoga closer to you!

Stressed? Tired? Can't find time and/or the energy to go to a Yoga class?

Let me help bring Yoga to your workplace!!!  If you are a stressed teacher, busy nurse, or sit at your desk all day, Yoga can reduce your stress level, increase your energy, boost concentration, provide a sense of inner peace and increase the overall well-being and team spirit at work.

Please contact me and we can organise Yoga classes right at your workplace. There are two ways we can do this:

Option 1: 30 minutes of specially designed Yoga postures - "Yoga at Work" type where it won't be necessary to change clothes. The Yoga is done on a chair and standing up. This way, you can repeat the exercises while on your desk any time of the day!

Option 2: 60 minutes of a Creative Vinyasa Yoga class suitable for all levels, practised on a yoga mat on the floor. Those sessions would require change of clothes and a sufficient floor space.
